They may not be used for profit-making purposes without obtaining Q3P’s prior explicit permission in written form. This restriction includes (but is not limited to) the sale, rental, licensing or any arrangement purporting to grant ownership of or access to Quotient-3 data to a third party for financial gain.
The user is required to secure any data downloaded from our site with the utmost caution as specified in the Special Download Agreement, as specified by your home institution’s data policy for the downloaded data type, and to meet reasonable standards of care in your research community or discipline for the downloaded data type.
Quotient-3 and the person or persons identified by us as having rights to the data (e.g., the original collector and generator of the data content) must be acknowledged in any resulting papers, theses or dissertations, publications, blogs or presentations. The relevant authorities must be provided with a bibliographic citation for any paper, thesis or dissertation, publication or blog in which our data contents are cited.
There might be tracking of visits without the collection of personal data. The information could be used to form statistical reports and charts for the diagnosis and analysis of problems.
